Is it worth a read? I mean there are a lot of players that seem to represent and speak on the behalf of new/pug players and pushing some ludicrous simplifications of the game, so can't really tell one from another :^)

Is there a way to just remove xp and renown from player kills in scenarios and add it to objetive points instead? Like every 50 points you get X amount of renown or something. I think it's a bit silly that you have these SCENARIO's with objetives that people are often ignoring and try to farm the **** out of the other realm instead.

You HAVE to understand that I am speaking on behalf of the new players to this game...
Just give advice for them to learn the skill of killsteal. Tell them to slot sever nerve or whatever morale that does damage, throw axe to raise morale to that level and then move in on the people a premade is killing while attempting to morale killsteal the killing blows away. Little braver ones can go in and try some other abilities when targets are low on health, but morale is the almost sure way.

Well forgive me for making you think that way about me then if I made it sound that way, by all means.

I just want new players to have as best of an experience as possible is what I wanted to convey ultimately.

I hear you man. I hate those players that want to give pugs an opportunity to a "fair" fight by playing against other pugs. Even if it means they get 1/2 the reward... i still HATE and detest it. I mean - How am i going to farm puggies in ma premade if they are dodging my que's because they play pug ques where the game is somewhat balanced for them? that's LUDICROUS!!!!

Sick of all those salty salts making up dumb stuff so that the majority of casuals can enjoy the game. I want ma pug stomp farmfest every night and doing anything that disrupts that is just LUDICROUS!!!

This is great advice for pugs. Should be stickied.

Obviously this won't be an issue for premades, but speaking as someone who likes to pug as well - keeping a pug wb alive is a form of art in itself, mind you - I think this change adds unnecessary competition to the sc groups. Why should a healer keep anyone in 2nd group alive, if he only gets rewards from 1st group kills?

And now that I think about it, there is nothing to change xp/renown wise. The same rules as ORvR are used - your group gets contribution depending on the damage it did to the target. The only thing you have any room to complain about is how kill credit for quests is handled.
I think this thread got woefully on the wrong foot, Boursk is not looking at it from his perspective but for newer players. Boursk is worried that the new changes will mean that Puggers or Pug Warbands will take second place to a dominating KB securing premade. This was not to diminish the effort that the devs put out, he is a bit cantankerous sometimes, and very blunt.

I am not stepping in to defend a friend, but more to translate intent, as Boursk is a little difficult to understand sometimes, often speaking in strange emotes...ultimately he cares alot about this game, particularly new players, and has a lot more patience than me on that front.

He is also increadibly happy with the amount of effort is put into this game from everyone involved.(which he would emote ;O ...seriously what is that? Winking Birdo?)

Because you wont get any kills if the sc turns into a 12v6, unless you are a premade vs 12 pugs. In which case healers already let pugs die if they know they can 6v12.
