Cannot Connect to Login Server

This was started yesterday and is continuing to not let me contact the Login server. I tried to do the recommended solution; Go into the cmd menu and entered in the info it told me to. Then i restarted but it still won't work.
Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 178.32.58.46:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()
