Server Status Confusion

It appears that there is quite a bit of confusion about the server status. Front and center on the home page is a large banner- "SERVER STATUS- UP". It would seem to me that this is causing people to think that the problem is on their end, and therefore, they post looking for help.

Friendly advice- remove the "SERVER STATUS- UP" banner.

EDIT- Further, the Realm Info box on the home page is misleading and only adds to the confusion.

We have an extremely active thread regarding to the server status which is almost always at the top of the active topics on the forum when the server is down.

Again, this is just friendly advice-

The thread is not at the top and hasn't been for about 15 minutes. When the playerbase is under extreme duress and runs to the forums, the official Server Status thread gets buried.

And again, the "Server Status- Up" banner and Realm Info box are much more visible, especially to the new player who may not know to look for the Server Status Thread.
