SW weakest class?

weak aoe dps,

basically dead when cought in close range

5sec cd on stances

Any oversights over this?

It's still T3, wait until T4 is released and they will start tweaking.

The swapped skills are irrelevant, because you usually spec the whole way up to 11pts tactic.
SW is not supposed to bomb, therefore no need for strong aoe skills.
With their huge toolset of CC abilities, I don't see your point.
When you don't even stay 5sec in one stance, why do you swap at all?

I think you just didn't recognize, that you are either bad at playing SW or an exceptional troll.

On live T3, playing lvl32 SW among lvl39 players, it was totally fine. No trouble to kill anything in skirmish spec.

I was not laughing, I was absolutely serious. If he really thinks Shadow Warriors are the weakest class, I'd like to see him give Warrior priest's Wrath tree a try, see if it changes his opinion on the matter.

1.) Nerf was needed, at 5pts, it's too strong. Most of the other dps get theirs at 9pts+.
2.) Weak AoE is an issue right now, but at R40 they get Lileath's Arrow.
3.) Switch to Assault Stance and detaunt, then self punt, flee, get a guard and heals if all that fails. Keep your target at near max range when dpsing. Prekite, dont just stand there like a muppet. You have the tools to keep dps away.
4.) Not really an issue.

They're currently a strong class as they're hard to catch when played well, solid dps with an easy access heal debuff(No cooldown, needs only an ailment)
Edit: Missed the top. If you are still festerbombing, maybe thats your issue. Scout is too stand still to be effective. Also the 2 new tactics and new skill SW get are insanely strong if you are a good kiter

They still deal a great deal of damage to a single target, I'm fairly sure with correct target choices you can dish out the pain very effectively.

Unfortunately, we are reaching the point where the end game meta was, melee trains or gtfo.

If I were a shadow warrior, I would be keeping zealots dead. Nothing they can do about you alone.

All of these are great points. I think a buff for shadow warrior might be prudent given the weaknesses as noted above.
