ok, with good explanation I understand better the interest of the discussion.
for ror, I agree on the strategic point .but I think it can be a problem in sc .
it often happens that all the players do not enter the sc at the same time .a too long respawn may allow the opposing team to gain too much ground before equilibrium arrives.

Players not joining instantly also is a playerselfmade issue and not a problem with the System...

even when joining instantly scs already startet... countdown is just to low. should be 30-60seconds more.

This is a Cool Idea. Specifically for Scenarios, Wave Respawns would help organize the Pugs that trickle in from the Graveyard, instead of spawning alone they would spawn in Groups.

As for ORvR, Increasing the time to 10 Seconds would help Healers get that Rez off before they Release.
