Uhh... ok? do you even read bro?

Thanks for pointing out my #1 "pro" point about the BO. Maybe you want to tell me they also have a cool-down increaser too?
Did you even understand my post? Apparently not. Will explain it slowly for you:

- You complain that Chosen can use their CC on demand and BO can't.
- I point out that BO has a AoE snare while Chosen doesn't, so not having it on demand is not such a big deal.

You can use CDP, use AoE snare and still have 5 seconds to get back to Good Plan for another AoE snare (since it has no CD).

I am aware of chosen CC and BO CC. thank you for re-iterating points I've already made, but no - I don't need an echo.
Your second point

is really the critical piece of your statement. It highlights your opinion on the matter. Which is fine. I find this to be one of the con's of the BO. We'll agree to disagree.

There are other things that have been mentioned in a bazillion threads before. Like BO snare being spammable (no CD) while Chosen has a 5 sec one. Not to mention all the debuffs from BO are Ailments while Chosen has Curses.

I'm not saying BO is stronger than Chosen. I'm just saying BO is in a pretty nice place atm and doesn't need any kind of buffs (some people say they could use a good ST punt, i wouldn't mind having it but won't campaign for it). Even the mechanic is not that bad (could be worse, like AM/Shaman).

Sure, let's agree to disagree.

BO is Greatest Tank Ever!!

I think it was this quote that really got me. The brilliance of running up and using AOE punt to further knock your target away so that you can then run a bit more and use DYG was something I just had not previously taken into consideration. Thanks for your insight.

That's why he said "gauge the distance" = if you won't give away immunities or directly punt the target, you can use Big Slash to get into Best Plan. If enemies are close, then just use Big Swing as usual.

I would still use Big Swing all the time since Big Slash has a CD.

What more do you want? I already waived the white flag. You BO's mains are relentless.

I get it, your cc is just as on-demand as any other... no worries that you have to use aoe punts to do it. And with the clarification above, it now makes even more sense. Just run out of range of everyone and throw away your big slash so you can then run back in and use DYG making it virtually on-demand. Absolute brilliance.

Or maybe notice that your target is immune to punts and use Big Slash to punt his tank/group off the bridge in NW/to the lava in TA/to the pit in EC/etc. etc. and then use KD on him.

As i said i usually use Big Swing, but sometimes Big Slash works as well.

Maybe the Plan mechanic is not for you?

Thanks for the replies so far fellas. I didn't mean to give the impression that I hated Black Orc tanking; just in the limited scope I had access to from before. I'll continue to use SnB like some have said. The builds you guys suggested are helpful as well, and make me feel a bit better about being useful to a group.
