Witch Hunter skills/paths RVR

What is the best combination of skills and paths for a witch hunter when it comes to stealth attacks in rvr? Also should a witch hunter stack strength over weapon skill/ballista skill?

you dont need balistic skill on WH

you also dont really need WS lince your attacks ignore armor and you have seal of distrouction

if you want to play stealth ganker WH then i guess you need to build like this

Ill start with Spec options:

Burn away lies spec: http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=wh; ... ;;0:0:0:0:
Has the benefit of doing some nice damage with a dot to kiters that may escape melee range once KD is up due to lack of a melee snare while also have heal debuff for dealing with healers. But the damage from BaL can be cleansed like any other dot so it has its risk. This is the more solo oriented of the two group specs I am linking.

Exit Wound spec: http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=wh; ... ;;0:0:0:0:
Unlike Burn away lies EW is straight damage and on top of that a strong debuff. But it is less overall damage then a full Burn away lies ticking down. It is the more reliable of the two group specs in that your burst is controlled, but you may have more trouble with kiters in this spec due no melee snare and the damage being completely front loaded and less overall. You still keep the heal debuff as well as your KD. It is my preferred group spec due to the control on when my burst is delivered.

Gank/Duel Spec: http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=wh; ... ;;0:0:0:0:
This spec gives you some very nice defensive tools in Repel Blasphemy, 7 secs of parry (this can be severed by other mdps and chosen as it is a blessing most however do not do it), and Shroud, 7 secs of 100% disrupt (very useful when used in conjunction with Vindication (35% more dmg on disrupt) in a controlled environment (you know you are 1v1 against a sorc/magus etc). You get to keep BaL and your KD so your damage is still pretty nice, but the main thing you give up in this spec is an Incoming heal debuff, which can make killing any healer with half a brain extremely difficult (BaL can be cleansed and they are healing themselves reliably for most of the fight). This spec is very effective vs other DPS but not so much vs tanks and heals imo.

Normal Order of Operations:
Ability choice is rather simple for the most part, your opener 99% of the time is the movement bard, Sudden Accusation, you can follow this up with an immediate KD vs unsuspecting targets (if someone sees you coming I like to wait to use KD as they will most likely try and detaunt you right as you pop to control the damage taken and then counter). You should never use Feinted positioning to get your KD off against other MDPS or tanks as it can be parried or blocked and then you are most likely done. Once your target is KD'd you have some choices: if Bal spec, First a torment, I like to apply Seekers blade after this as this will cover up Bal and heal debuff. Next would be apply BaL, target should be standing at this point and if they have no heals just spam torment until dead. If EW spec: i use torment, seekers blade, then Punish the false followed by a 5 point EW. After torment you should hit Seal of destruction in both specs to increase armor pen from non torment abilities making their use viable.

Stat Prioritization:
Str to soft cap, then WS to about 30% armor pen, this will give you a solid damage base as you do have a strong AA haste tactic, so WS can not be ignored completely. After that get as much defense as possible and RD is always nice to have when fighting RDPS. You do not need any ballistic skill anymore that was fixed LOOOOOOONNNNGGGG ago on live thank god.

All of this is my own opinion so take it for what its worth, hope you find it helpful.
