[1:Region] and [2:Region-RVR] channel cover zone?

Maybe this threat probably old, but I can't find any familiar/similar for the right answer.

I knew Tier 1/2/3 channel, but confuse like title above, can any1 explain to me clearly? Much appreciate for all info!

i guess /1 is made for the PvE Zone of an Area and /2 only for the RvR Lake. this would make sense to me

Iirc /1 is for the whole zone (rvr and pve) and /2 is only for the rvr lake(s) in the zone.

You misread Luth's answer.

/1 targets all players in the pairing.
/2 targets all players who are RvR flagged in the pairing.

sorry, i was that guy at T1 Nordland. That's why I posted this threat need the directly right answer. I suggest the Dev can possible put the channel list on launcher. Because every1 can see it and no more confuse.
