Action Point Ingredients from Butchering?

I have been having trouble finding any ingredients from butchering that can be used to make action point potions from the apothecary skill. Are there any animals that can be butchered that drop ingredients for action point restoration potions or do I need to change my gathering skill to something else?

for the AP pot mats you need to kill Manticors. You can find them order side in Saphery at up to rank 31 for 150 mats.

I think destro can kill them too, but I am not 100% sure.

If you want 175 mats, I don't know of any mobs right now. So for that you need cultivating. Overall with the exception of armor pot mats, and a little bit faster grinding, cultivating is much better than butchering. At least until we get T4 and all the butchering mats are back in the loot tables.

What about tier 2 lvl 50-75 mats, are you aware of any animals in those areas?
