Cannot Login Character screen

It started around 45 min ago while I was trying to open a new character and atm I cannot log in to character screen it is trying to connect but after 20 sec what I face a screen like this http://s7.postimg.org/tgnx9039n/Pfff.jpg
Plus that I tried to log with different account it was working but I tried to open a new char and same thing happened, I used cc cleaner flushed dns un plugged router restarted PC used AVG for rep and even done vius or malware scan, checked as well if the game connection is interrupted by firewall or kaspersky non of those worked for me sadly, any suggestions to fix this issue ? Thank you very much ...

I have tried hotspotshield and cyberghot 5 as well not working still...

Have you tried turning everything off? kaspersky used to mess with my firewall all the time. I like Avast now, but that is irrelevant maybe. I have gotten into the habit over the years to keep as few process' running as possible.

Other things to check, ping the server. See if it is the loader.
Try a fresh install of RoR
Bypass the wireless for a hardline connection
Try a different computer on the same connection
Try your computer on a different connection

Do other games work?
What has changed on your comp over the last 24 hours? Possibly a rollback?
Where abouts do you live(country wise, or distance to Germany(where server is)?

Edit: Assuming you tried running as Admin, and opening under a different comp profile. plus the other basics, and it looks like you checked out and tried the common issues and solutions

Hi Dabbart thanks for your post mate , I have tried everything you've posted, have wow as well in my comp and it works perfectly plus that nothing changed in the computer no installation of new program or any other material as I have explained it was working perfectly for 3 weeks have passed I was playing today as well it was working smoothly until I have decided to open a character in Destruction side while I was arranging the appearance of the character as last thing I've added the name and pressed the create button nothing happened then suddenly I see the time out writing and cannot connect again afterwards. I have opened another account connected well in the create character screen but same thing happened, I opened another and same thing repeated itself, tried everything you have asked rather than tried the game with other comp in same conn since I do not have another comp, plus I tried to apply all the stuff from forum that I have read under issues and solutions sections ( or whatever section name is). I really do not know whats happening man and may be I have to erase entire thing but I do not think that ll gonna help in this situation and I saw posts about many fellas were facing this problem today... Still waiting suggestions or any solution for this issue thank you again for your post mate appreciated...

Well. That sure sucks my friend!

In my experience with computers though, things don't just happen in a void. If it was working, and now it isn't something happened to cause that. Little things can change how your comp works on things.

If possible, maybe try to ask a neighbor if you can logon to their network and see if that affects it? But I highly doubt it is an issue of your ISP. Computer, Router, Connection, Server. Only 4 things that can be wrong, Server is working fine, and since you can login to WoW your connection and router are working and at least somewhat open.

Check to see if your comp did an automatic update or needs one. Or if your antivirus has updated. Or if it is now out of date. I know some antivirus' go bat **** once they consider themselves obsolete.

Only other thing I can think to try is a roll back to a previous state. A fresh RoR install might be the way though.

Thanks again with your post mate, I've already started re-downloading the game, hope it will be ok now. Will post it about tomorrow if it fix the problem or not, until than have a great night...

Hey, it's looks like a global server-side problem, no need to redownload game etc. Just wait for fix.
