Cant enter the game

Greetings!
I need your help.
Problem:
I login and after load screen=>Entering the fray... Connection to server...Handshaking...Logging in...Login complete.Login complete.
And its continues 10 seconds,then black screen with Locating battles...Searching for allies.
Thats all.No server choice window,no character's screen.
Can log on another account.Problem started 3 days ago.

Same problem, restarted router as suggested, redownloaded launcher, still same. Cant pass the "login complete"

I have exactly this same problem. Run patch, enter main menu in to game and ...loadnig...searching fr .....black screen.

I have the exact same error, was fine this morning and now can't login, I have tried everything suggested.

My problem is: I log in -> loading screen -> license agreement and it crashes i can see the character-screen behind the license agreement for a part of a second... I tryed to start it today....

i have the same problem here . this weekend it works at home perfect but now im not at home and online wit a web stick and i got this problem too
