Cant enter the game

Greetings!
I need your help.
Problem:
I login and after load screen=>Entering the fray... Connection to server...Handshaking...Logging in...Login complete.Login complete.
And its continues 10 seconds,then black screen with Locating battles...Searching for allies.
Thats all.No server choice window,no character's screen.
Can log on another account.Problem started 3 days ago.

Yes, doesn't work.

Yes, doesn't work.
Game start, but i cant access for character's screen.
I think it's specific account's problem, because i can log on another account and play.

I have similar problem. While I`m trying to log into the game, after picking up specyfic character the login screen shows up for couple of seconds and then black screen and game shut down. Sorry for my terrible english.

Have you tried typing /stuck twice while loading the character?

i have the same problem but i get stuck on loading nordland screen, i tryed typing /stuck twice but it doesnt work, i heard the ambients sounds but i wont get past the loading nordlands screen
