If you have a brand new account and cannot login, please just make a new one and set up a very simple, all lower-case, no numbers, no special characters password. You should be able to play then.

I have made 2 separate accounts the first has a password with numbers, second has no number, no special characters, and no capital letters; Name was all lower-case, no numbers, no special characters. Still unable to login, and it's be almost 12 hours.

This looks like a problem with sync acc info to the game server i think.

I mean, identifying the issue generally leads to a faster fix amirite? Hopefully that's the case here too.

I think we've pretty well established that no new accounts are able to log in.
