Trouble with launcher, no server list.

My cousin is able to successfully login, however when changing his settings his game crashes and gives an authentication error. When he ignores the settings there is no server list. When he logins there is no box on the left saying The order wishes you to join your ranks, do you wish to accept. Any tips? I have been successful in downloading and playing the game, however he has not.

Does he/she have some proprietary application service running, such as the like of Asus' software applications?

I assume they aren't because when I bring up the Asus software they have no clue as to what i'm talking about. Any other ideas?

You could ask him to try replacing his data.myp with this copy of it.
