Invalid username/password.

Hello guys,

It's been like 4 days i'm trying to connect on this server and still this error keeps occuring.
I tried sending a message on Facebook where someone answered me :

"Hello , you have to wait till it is working. It will handle itself with time.
Otherwise check the Technical Support section to find a solution.
Greetings"

I have like 4-5 friends waiting too, we would like to go on a BIG ADVENTURE so please tell me this is gonna be fixed soon...

I notice your account was created during the period where we had some technical issues with new accounts not being pushed to the game accounts database. Have you tried changing your password in the past 2 days?

I didn't try to reset it but a friend of mine created his account like saturday in the evening and he has the same issue.

Glad to hear. I would advise anyone else who still gets this error to try changing their password once more.

You may need to wait a short period of time for it to update if it doesn't update instantly.

Hi, I just joined and I'm having exact same problem 'invalid username/password' thing. Have already tried changing password and waiting for 2 days after each change ... week have passed and still I'm having the same error. Would use some help. TY

I'm having this issue now. Everything worked fine last night. This is what is happening now:

When I try and log into the game from the launcher, I get an Invalid Username/Password.

When I try and log into the Forums from the launcher, it works fine.

I was able to log into the game last night and play. The only changes I've made was create a GitHub account. I also tried reseting my password in t he User Control Panel section of the webpage. I can log in to t he forums with that password but not the game.

I'm having the same problem. I've changed my password 3x today, redownloaded the client and launcher completely, and created a new account to test to see if maybe my client-side was bugged (it wasn't). I haven't waited a few days however, so hopefully that's just the problem. Fingers crossed.

Same here , username/password since today. i change 2 time, i can log here but not in game

I'm done. For any reson I can't connect to the game server for one week now. So I'm out. Cu guys and have fun.
