Ok the program who prevent me to connect was Asusgamefirst service ! finally I found it !

Thank you Naugrim, I had exactly the same issue and went through the same steps to resolve it that you did. Your final suggestion to dissable Asusgamefirst service has worked for me.

This fixed it, just have to disable it.
