Can't log in? At all?

I'm starting to get frustrated. I keep trying to log in. Downloaded the torrent, put the launcher in the folder; keeps telling me my info is invalid EVEN THOUGH I can log into the site with it. x.x I have no idea what to do.

There is no error, just tells me my Username/Password is invalid- again, it isn't. Been doing this for like an hour since I tried to play the first time. Tried changing it, nothing.

Make a new account with an all lower-case password and no special characters in it. Either that or change your password to one like so, and wait for it to update. This is a known issue.

Seeing as your max level is 6, I'd wager it'll be faster if you just make a new account with a /simple/ (eg. no special characters, no upper-case characters) password.

Appreciate the quick reply, updated password will just wait it out. Girlfriend downloading the client as well so I have time.
