Beginner tank class?

So i want to get into RoR and i read that tank is a good class to learn the game as, I would prefer to play on chaos and i would prefer black ork or chosen. I was considering a melee dps but i remember it being quite frustrating when i tried the retail trial game. So could you guys help me decide between a BO or a chosen? or even if i should try tank class?

Chosen's class mechanic are auras, they are toggles so they are very basic. You could play chosen and pick up the basic bits of the game then try something more advanced.

For Your Consideration: BO does more damage. Chosen is great to learn the game with, because their mechanic is very hands off. Pick 3 auras for your playstyle/situation, done. BO's mechanic isn't complicated. It can be sluggish at times, but even after you've learned Chosen, if you decide to try BO (to do damage while being tanky), you'll still encounter those sluggish moments as you L2P. 2H Chosen can put out good damage, but it's no Tree Hit Combo (Black Orc, Offensive spec tree). As a result, Chosens are generally tougher. So, your call.

I'd say: Chosen -> Black Orc -> Blackguard (From Easy to difficult).

Chosen is the easiest to use, and the coolest to roll.

Blackguard is definitely the hardest to use effectively due to their mechanic/having 3000 buttons to press.
Chosen is easy af and OP compared to the other two.
BO is a happy medium, and is best suited as a DPS tank.
