@OP aka centre of the universe (and others like him):

If the GMs can't answer any PM/request instantly or don't answer requests at all, it might be one of the following reasons:
1. your request was stupid
2. your request was legit, but it can't be answered yet due to overload (see 1.)
3. you PM'd a non-GM

Example for 2.:
People spamming GM's to give them medallions (this seems to happen often lately afaik). People spamming GM's because they died in PvP and think it was hax (without any proof ofc). People spamming GM's with questions on gameplay mechanics that could be answered on the forums or was already answered a hundred times there. People spamming GM's with general questions that could be easily answered by using the forum search function/google. People spamming GM's.

About complains on GM/dev punishment:

I don't know what you and others expect here; there can never be a full "separation of powers".
The laws are probably discussed/created by all staff members, but the GM's will always be like

And as far as i can tell there are no megalomaniac lunatics* in the GM team, like you (and others) seem to believe, who just exploit their powers because they don't like player x/guild x/the rest of the world.
I'm not defending any GM actions here, but you should keep in mind that they are humans, not robots.

I think many people accusing others to abuse their powers would exactly show that missbehaviour when they had these powers for themselves. Imo people often expect their own weaknesses in others for no reason.

About that "mara-throw-axe-proc"** nerf:
I suggested to aza, as he started to code the combat mechanics way back in T1 when the level cap was 10, to make this change.
Reason:
As melee DD's are already superiour to range classes due to archetype balancing (snare immunity/charge/frontloaded-instant damage), they don't need any range attacks that do serious damage, heal and/or buff/debuff them.
You see (or maybe not) that these changes are far from being "order biased".

Particularly the marauder has still an exceptional set of tools to catch range classes (100 feet 3 second KD on disrupt, 65 feet M1 root, 65 feet pull). But when looking at the monstro-proc, i understand why all complains so far come from marauder players...

I received a two week ban for a GM's alt telling me to "**** off asshole" - Transparency would be awesome of course but come on this is 2016 the age of secrecy and deceit these admins and gm are all power hungry like the rest of us its human nature now.

The GMs are frustratingly straight laced and mindbogglingly fair to the point of face palm induced concussions, there have been many occasions when I have been telling them to ban a particularly toxic imbecile to be told "lets just have a word" and "a warning/short exile will do". I wish I knew which GM was so power crazed so I could get them to clean up the place.....

As to you getting a two week ban, ask Az to put the reasoning up in the ban section, Im sure it would be a good read....

He is a Database Developer, he has access to more than a gm, his alt said those words to me "f*ck off asshole" and I still have screenshots to prove it, I don't care about your opinion on this matter anyway It happened weeks ago, it's just on topic to this thread, power abuse and deceit.

Actually, only source developers automatically hold GM rights. The majority of database developers are not GMs.

Regardless he is a member of your team, gm or not he should receive the same treatment as everyone else and be banned for saying what he said to me, I sent screenshots to multiple gms on this forum basically being ignored because he is a member of your team.

Certainly true. I must confess that I was not even aware of this incident, but most GMs will avoid raising a topic with me unless they absolutely need my guidance on it, so this is not a total surprise.
