Can't log in in launcher

The last restart was 27 hours ago, but no ETA when the next one is. Restarts happen when there's a server patch, hot fix or serious in game lags.

i got an error occurred message which is weird cause i was able to play earlier but now i dunno...

Also the login server icon is red on my launcher.

Yes I'm getting the same error as XYZE and I also got the invalid username/password once as well.

Also Login connect button is grey if that helps.

I have completed the troubleshooting steps on the FAQ but the issue still resides.

I have having the same issue as Xyze, I followed the instructions to try to fix it, ran as administrator, allowed it through my Firewall (heck even shut my firewall off for a bit to see), ran a VPN, etc. but still getting that error. Web server is green, login server is yellow until it goes red and I get that message.

I was able to login at first, even created a character and got into the game. Got booted and now that message.

Hi. I'm getting the same error as you Xyze. It's been occuring for about an hour now - I was able to log in fine earlier this morning around 8 AM EST.

It's been posted elsewhere that the database server is down, hence the Login Server being red in the launcher. Just have to wait for it to come back up; not necessarily a problem on the user end.
