13 is LR of Reclaimed Destiny High Elf T3 chain quest
and about 12, haven't seen it so far but it doesn't mean it will be unavailable in future :)

sigh, if only the 1H weapons were able to swap appearances then i'd be a happy ufdi.

EDIT: also rifle 8 is the ironfist LR from a quest somewhere in barak varr. it's also a doublebarreled number.
