"Access was denied to the path or file WAR.exe!"

"Remove the write-protection (right click the game folder -> properties -> disable read-only) from all the files in the WAR folder and try again. You may also try running the launcher with Administrator privileges."

"If you used the torrent to download the game, the torrent application may still be using the files. Either copy the entire WAR folder to a new location (if you wish to continue supporting the torrent), or move the entire WAR folder to another location to break access to the torrent."

That's usually a .NET error. Try reinstalling from here, or repair the current installation using the .NET framework installer.

Alright. Reinstalled, got the same error, then repaired it. Now the error i get is this.

The program can't start because d3dx9_34.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program.

Any ideas?

So, I just downloaded the client and the launcher and I got the same error message -
WAR.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b). Click OK to close the application.
I went to install or repair .Net and Windows told me I couldn't because the latest version was already installed. I went to install (again) directx 9.0c and again Windows told me I couldn't because the system wasn't old enough. I'm running Windows 10. Anyone else having this problem?
