Blackguard horrific wound

Hello,

I have 2 questions concerning horrific wound.
1. Is it bugged? the image of the debuff shows just when i use it at 100 hate so i don't know if it works at 25-50-75 hate.
2. If i use horrific wound, if my next attack, while targets armour is debuffed, is murderous wrath (that ignores 25 % of target armour) do they stack?
