Party / Targetting Add-on

Does anyone know if any add-ons work well managing parties ?

I've disabled all mine to stop the noise, but the party group icons are sketchy in scens which makes it hard to track party members. Anyone got any good add-ons that still work so you can heal party members reliably and switch targets easily ?

The party functionality, which party addons rely upon, is not complete yet. It's a no go. In the meantime, classic skill-based healing ftw.
