To be honest, play whatever class you like the most, or you think looks very cool.
Every class has a place in the endgame somewhere.

If you want to be loved roll a healer (you cant have enougj healers, mostly pugs will love you).

Faction balance changes from hour to hour since many player will log on the faction where they get the most xp/renown.
For example if order stomps through T2, more people will join order to get easy renown until a organized destro warband forms and order starts to struggle. At this point many people will log back on destro to get fast and easy renown for defending keeps.

Yup I am the same , I prefer playing the underdog, outnumbered side.

Whenever I`m on and the faction I happen to be playing that day is the side Zerging empty keeps, I either do crafting, or I switch to an alt in a lower tier.

If they are zerging in T2, and T3, and I don`t feel likle doing crafting, then I switch to the other faction that is outnumbered, and try and have some good fights as zerging empty keeps is pretty boring,

always amazes me that so many people don`t like playing the underdog, but would rather switch to the side PVEng empty keeps than stay on the underdog side and try and defend.

But because of this mentality, that a lot of people playing Warhammer have of switching to the winning side mid-fight, its hard to determine which side is actually the lower side , plus time zones also play into that.

Euro time zone has the largest population atm , and durning the week, Euro prime time is the most active on both sides, with it slowing down normally around 700pm cst US time, although lately things have been getting better .

Pretty much all day SAT and Sun , there is action due to everyone able to play regardless of timezone.
