Get in a store and take them into your Hand. if a mouse doesn't fit your hand properly its worthless, Esepcially reaching the all buttons is important too. And many "gaming mice" thatc an't e adjusted in lenght are abit of a luck role.

it's quite small and will prolly take some time to get used to it,but its worth it.
I have smaller than average hands and those tiny buttons are hard to manage at all, way too small. The Hex has a better palcement for me when it comes to button locations.

if you want a mouse with some extra keys i can recommend both the Razer Naga or ROCCAT Nyth. Though i'd give the edge to the Nyth. You can swap every single button depending on your hand size and personal preference.

The Nyth with its buttons has a nice feature, but seems not to have an adjustable lenght, which is sad, because either your thumb fits in lenght or the mouse won't work on longer gaming sessions if you can't have a proper idle rest position.

personally i had a Cyborg PM 42, it was great, had 6 buttons 2 buttons and a 4way button. All nicely sized to be clearly reachable (due to lenght adjusment) and no chance to hit other buttons. I really started to love the 4 way button on it.

Now I have a RAT 7 MMO. sicne its the only I found having still a 4 way button. But that button is a bit small. However there so many things adjustable it will surely fit any hand reaching most buttons. but I still have 2 buttons that aren't well reachable for regular usage since it would requre a long thumb to rest and reach all buttons at once. But it still has 7 easy to reach and not to miss buttons making it more thna suffiecien. Unfortnately quite expensive.

I used nagas for years recently I switched to a RedDragon Perdition. The number pad is nice an chunky and angled better, the wheel has more grip and give more feedback and you can adjust the handling with internal weights. The software isnt as good as Razers and it doesnt look as slick but its more about the features than looks for me. It definitely wont last as long as a naga but at half the price I just bought 2.

While other mice might be better for multiple games a mmo keypad mouse is just better for hotbar based mmos and do you really want to shell out for a naga just for older mmos.

You can get a mouse for less than 10 bucks if you want. But you'll cripple your hand.

Maybe try out a Trackball mouse they're pretty cheap, and if you're used to a notebook mouse then it might work better for you. Seeing as you'll have to relearn your muscle memory anyways.

I recently switched from a classic Naga to a Naga Hex. The old Naga side buttons are like an early Nokia keypad and I wasn't getting much benefit. The new version of the Naga doesn't have these problems but I wanted to take it further and did not mind sacrificing the extra six buttons.
