Mail not delivered

who handles this sort of thing? I sent two separate mails containing to gale gear to one of my toons; one got through, the other didn't. I sent the mail 20-30 seconds before the last server shutdown. maybe that had something to do with it? I don't know.

I notified max, but im assuming hes too busy to deal with sort of thing because after his first response to my PM to him, I haven't heard from him since. nor was my gear returned to me.

can one of the devs/admins, whoever look into this for me please. I spent quite a bit, and I mean quite a bit, of time farming for the stuff I lost and would seriously be disappointed and depressed if I cant get it back. im sure some will say just buy the gear now that AH is up & running, but I have zero money to my name. besides, the stuff I lost is not being sold in AH anyway.

please help!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but refunding items is not an option. Besides this being an alpha its just one of those things that happens. Make sure to report the conditions on github so they can see what exactly went wrong.

well that sucks. I took forever to obtain my stuff.

the gear I lost was gale/decimator stuff for my magus. he was fully geared accept for a cape.

bandit helm
gale shoulders
deci chest n boots
gales gloves
gale belt
and a gale staff - the 34intel one. or is 32? one of those.

I had the same thing happen to me. I lost 5 items. I suggest mailing items 1 at a time to prevent huge losses such as that. Also if you hit send and it takes money and the window still shows the items inside try and move them out and try again!

if you cant take money/itiem from email look if it's in from space is signed as sent form on of your alt, i had to log on that and re log on my main to take itiem/money from mail once, so if occure this shoudl work , alternaty close client and relog

Got letter from AH and it looked empty inside, but when u press LMB at item slots u get them.

Argh, it happened to me as well now. Spends days farming Nordland Hunthound's for that blue cape and a lvl 9 SC bow for Rotfoot drops. Mail send, nothing in it. ****.
