T3 "Veteran" Bright Wizard here

Hey guys,

truth be told I've never been big with Warhammer. Warcraft was more my cup of tea (yes, i know ... :-)). Warhammer Online still was to me the MMO with the best PvP experience overall atmosphere by far. It still hurts that I never made it to Max-Lvl and never really participated in T4. When I discovered a news on a server reviving WAR I had such a look on my face that my wife was afraid something terrible had happened. I was so amazed and a little angry with myself that I had only found out about it now :-)

Thrilled to jump back into it. Any class suggestions for me? Was playing Bright Wiz, but was looking into the Elf direction, maybe something tanky?

Thanks and looking forward to meet you all online.

Welcome to ROR!

Order needs alot more Swordmasters, especially good ones and more with good reputation. I would go for Sword & Shield and try to get the best advice along the road.

Kind regards,
YUKO

There are alot of people coming back for t4 and the game mechanics are pretty solid so its a good time to have found it. More swordmasters the better. Keep spreading those spirit debuffs.

Awesome, thank you for your replies so far. Just for the record - I'd gladly have come back only for T1, even only for a perspective of a server running this at some point. Just my newspage of choice, Gamestar, brought this topic up lately. Swordmaster it seems to be then!! Any build recommendations as with regards to being useful in PVP / Sieging?

this is the base SnB build for SM in my opinion

In RoR crashing wave and crushing advance have swapped places so the lvl 9 ability im telling you to get is acctully crashing wave knockdown

Becuase you have wrath of heoth and heavens blade, you have 2 abilites that reduce spirit resistance and most of your attacks do spirit dmg, you dmg is not bad regardless of going tanky
