ttk was always longer in original t4 people just forgot with bugged lotd talis and rr100 gear/weapon burst.

@OP,
A level 35 with Full devastator and t3 scenario weapons can easily out perform on mediocre geared lvl 40 player in t4 due to the bolster mechanic. This has always been the case on live. The closer you get to 40 the less useful bolster is to you and the more stats you have to stack in order to get those high numbers back.

Would be just lovely with a decrease in dmg. Getting 3 - 4 shot by a Sorc / BW is getting trivial.

Im level 40 and my damage is weaker then I was when I was 35. I got better gear and weps on I also equipped my 4th tatic " Piercing Bite" Mutated ability's ignores enemy armor by 50% . With that tatic on I should easily see damage increase .
Anyone having level 40 dps issues ?

Hey I also play Mara and I dont understand how you see this issue after i got PB up on my tactics even offtanks get melted
avrage damage output for me is around 400-1000 deepending on target aa around 450-750
tactics FoF PB GI and Flanking overallstats (rougly not exact numbers) 600 str 350 ws
Gear 4pce Dev one t4 Epic wepon one 29 SC wepon
If your not seeing DPS increse id say your doing something wrong
