Get 3 different sets of gear.

1 offensive 2 defensive.
Offensive is self explanatory.
1 defensive set high toughness/armor
1 defensive set high toughness/disrupt

Start off with greens if you have too.

Look at your opposition before the fight begins swap gear/tactics depending on their main dps type.
