Yes, Telen is correct. Mythic "fixed" the loot tables to make it more difficult for T1 twinks but as a result only twinks with a lot money were geared with shoulders/helmets and nothing changed. One of many decisions I dislike. Everything should drop like it was before they "fixed" it.
Dying is no option.

Also noticed there's some weirdness with jewellery stats for the Gale-Runner sets. Whereas the Wanderer sets give the relevant stat for the class that uses it (Lionmark Str for White Lion, Waaagh Beads Willpower or Int for Shaman, etc) and are race-locked, the Gale-Runner versions are unlocked to any race and have nonsensical stats, like Waaagh Beads that give Ballistic Skill and Lionmarks that give Willpower, stats that the Shaman and White Lion would never use.
I guess it was like that in the original, in which case, lolMythic.

ye it worked in that way previusly you could drop back / helm /shoulders even in rvr, with the swtich from the 10 day trial to the free forever t1 trial that put those drop rate to 0,01%.Telen wrote:I think originally it was to make gearing simpler but then they adjusted it so no mobs below 12 dropped these bis t1 gear. Then they totally removed the shoulders from t1 gear sets and helm from t1 and 2 sets as subs were twinking. Mythics usual method of if all can't have fun no-one will. These low level pve gear sets actually made people want to collect gear to look cool. Another thing a private server can put right.
