[Blackguard] Standard skill rotation(s)

Hello, fellow guards of the Witch King!

I've noticed similar thread in Chaos subforum and decided to create one for Blackguards as well. BG wasn't my main during the days on Live but it is now. I'm still at T2 at the moment and want to get some wisdom from more experienced players.

What are your standard rotations vs caster classes or mdds? Do you usually try to keep all available buffs on yourself/dark protector ally?

My rotaton vs casters is: Taunt - Crippling Anger - Pitiless Strike (to make them softer for my DD allies) - Choking Fury - Mind Killer x 3 - Horrific Wound (when Hatred is high enough) - Crushing Anger (the same).

vs other: the same except for the Mind Killer + Murderous Wrath vs tanks and armored targets.

Buffs I'm trying to keep up all the time: Feed on Weakness, Brutal Smash. Later on - Terrifying For when I'll have enought points to take both it and Choking Fury

Am I missing something? What is your promary rotation?
