Hello Im new in the game.
Are there any main quest for the roleplay of the game? Im kinda confused because as I entered Nordland with my chosen Ive collected like 15 quests from various npcs.
I would like to roleplay the whole game because im not very interested in group making for pvp/pve and endless side quest grinding.
I wanna see the story of each faction. But if Ill do only the main quests will I lvl up sufficiently?

Re: Roleplay main quests?
There is no main quest like there is in lotro. The game revolves around rvr.

Re: Roleplay main quests?
Most of the small quests with only one to four steps contribute towards the storyline, but only in a very small manner. The epic quests (marked by a red skull in the Tome of Knowledge) are the most expansive, especially the ones in the later game contribute to following the storyline. Basically each chapter is a part of a race's WAR story, leading up all the way to the enemy's fortress area. Reading all the chapter and public quest unlocks gives you the best comprehension of the WAR story; public quests related to the chapters are more like immersive hubs in which you help your realm forward in the war.
I suggest you follow your own race's storyline from the respective start point for the best experience. Keep in mind, the Dark/High Elf areas are most likely the most broken, whereas the Dwarf/Greenskin start points offer the best lore experience. Chaos/Empire zones are mostly fixed since everyone starts there. Most of the starter PQs are also not functioning, but their chapter entry unlocks should work with the next patch.
There's also various special NPCs (noteworthy persons) and history and lore tome unlocks (mostly from interacting with obscure world objects) in the PvE areas, that award tome unlocks aimed at storyline and lore. There is also a lot of backstory to the Age of Reckoning which we find ourselves in today, which you can find overlap with in various documentations of Games Workshop's base edition. Also, in my personal opinion, the influence SEGA drew in their own version of the Age of Reckoning in Total War: Warhammer, links up very nicely to this game's version, albeit there is it more about large scale army campaigning directly, rather than the common-place, individual mercenary take on things in -this- game, in which large army forces are scattered across the lands, fighting their way towards the enemy capital zones with a bit of your help.
