KOTBS Runefang Parry

25% from gear and renown + another 15% from ws. Im not sure about how thats reflecting real ws - parry values, i always tought that statdoll shows correct stats :/ As for buffed add another 10% from weapon and 9% from ws.

As for Int and Wp - its shows same in character window, 222 is base i guess. I have +9 willpower from some set piece.

The wp value is ok but that intell value is way too high for a tank. It's the base intelligence value for a level 40 bw/sorc. It might be a bug. If so, it's a harmless one because the kotbs gains absolutely nothing from it.

Why would you even mention your m2 when it gives nothing that affects your parry?
Also i highly doubt that you get anywhere near 50% parry as kotbs at all.
lets say you have 18% from RR, 3% from ring and about ~10% base+runefang procc (which is already more than you probably have anyways). Your 2h weapon procc gives another 10% so we are somewhere around 41-43% depending on if you have more items with %parry on them.

If you were a chosen on the other hand 80% would be nothing abnormal :^)

Damnnit. Thread ate my post. But for a shielded tank anyways:

18% RR
3% parry ring(skaven ring)
6% via x3 Epic Parry rings(1 from the 4piece set, and the 2 piece that each give parry)
5% 4piece armor bonus
2% glove bonus
2% shield(eternal)

That's 36% parry unbuffed, with the Tactic that gives +15% parry on your 10% block ability, that boosts you to 51% before WS/Runefang gets involved. Ofc, take away the Shield and it drops substantially. But there must be a 2h that adds to parry, however I never run 2h tanks so I dunno on that one.

Not that I would reccomend doing that, but it can be done. And I feel sure that I am forgetting at least 1 more item that can give to Parry. But you can get 50% if you want too. I dunno about 85% at this point in game, but I have no idea how much stacking WS/Runefang actually provides. Doubt that it's 30% however...

With proc and with runefang not showing up I get 50-51% parry. I can buff it higher but i prefer initiative stacking to WS stacking at these low RR levels.

My Intel is 222 as well.
