What is the current state of the game?

I havent touched this in a LOOOONG time, and last i played it there was practically nothing done it was in very early days and not worth playing except for bug reporting.

What i am after is some more info on the state of the PvE content,
I never had a chance to try the original game, and i was hoping this would give me a good close experience to the original.

I vaguely remember a thing on the site showing the percentage of what areas the game has got working.

But i cannot find it again so it may have been removed or not existed and im going insane.

Many PQs are fixed...many dont work at all and many work only in Stage 1 and 2(Not final). To be honest almost all items from PQ bags are missing and they are a lot.So no point on doing PQs for now(unless you want the influence rewards).Although there is a work in progress from what i have heard Ryan cough cough, from Database Developers trying to fix more PQs and add items in loot bags.
Quests are in a very good state if not perfect.Havent noticed other quest bugs than the quest with the Witch Hunter(dont remember the name) .

PvP is done up to T4 keep sieges and zone locks (Forts are next)
Still some scenarios that need to be done
No PvE dungeons/Instances yet but are apparently being worked on by part of the dev team
Most lairs working
Mobs still don't have patrols or AI?
Mobs still don't have special abilities (all they can do is auto attack)
PQ's are being worked on and a lot of them "work" now but suffers from issues like the above
Missing Items from PvE/Crafting (no blue/purple drops in T4 / no liniments etc....)
LoTD not finished yet but is apparently being worked on
Tons of little bugs here and there but nothing gamebreaking (inf rewards not showing up in certain zones, party bugs, etc...)

I think that's the gist of it

private server is in a surprisingly good state, enjoy it while it lasts before it gets shut down or population starts to dwindle again

word to the wise, avoid the admins, they can be quite vindictive

Word to the wise, avoid talking **** about the people who run this project on their own boards, especially when your name is very similar to someone who was banned for making a disgusting false :| "joke" against a member of the community

For every person playing, I reckon there are two waiting for the game to be in a more complete state. Every time a tier is released the server is absolutely packed. This server is going to continue thriving.

Current state? We are in....

Dark. Days.

Edit: on topic, the game is in a state that if you want to find something to find annoying or complain about you can. Or you can enjoy what you are getting. The game as improved frighteningly since I arrived just a few short months ago. Just don't go out of your way to be a ****. You'll have fun:P
