Hi, I played the original warhammer for several years off and on. I still tell people it was my favorite MMO.

I heard of return a while back and was skeptical of it's longevity but I see tier 4 is up now and everything looks healthy (population-wise) from what I can tell. Mainly I was worried about the time investment of re-leveling and having something happen but I'm downloading now and I think it may be time to give it a shot.

I wanted to ask and it's probably a stupid question to return vets. You can't get your old character from the original, can you?

No you cant.All characters apply to a new Server.
Im pretty sure that you will have fun here though with a new character!!

Read up on .ror ingame as well as the TOS and you wont have an issue with us GMs

Also as stated above no you cant, we do not have any database with all old character from live or anything.
