Saving Settings
I looked but didnt see an answer. I might be blind. When I change any settings such as resolution, sound, etc... it resets upon coming back into the game. How can I fix this?

Re: Saving Settings
Should be saved by default. At least mine is, as long as it's on the same PC. Obviously if I switch to my laptop it's a different instance.
Re: Saving Settings
I lose all settings when exiting the game. Going back into the game resets everything.

Re: Saving Settings
one solution i guess would be to redownload the game, disable any addons you're using atm and try again... never heard of this problem again...Gnelson82 wrote:I lose all settings when exiting the game. Going back into the game resets everything.
settings (other than UI settings) should be automatically saved...
Re: Saving Settings
Sound, targeting, graphics... everything resets. I also use no addons.
Re: Saving Settings
I had a problem like that on a different game it could be that the files/folders are set to read only just go to properties and uncheck it,
also im having a similar issue, im turning off some addons and they like to stay on

Re: Saving Settings
I still have not been able to fix this. Everything is not off read-only. Every single time I start WAR I have to spend time putting my settings back on every tab. Anyone else know what is causing this?

Re: Saving Settings
Code: Select all
Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\user\UserSettings.xml
Also - if you close your game via crashing it instead of waiting 20 seconds, your settings will not save.

Re: Saving Settings
I'm positive. I will try re-installing everything as mentioned before to see if that works.xyeppp wrote:Absolutely sure this is not set to read-only?Code: Select all
