Hello, from Houston!

I just downloaded the game last night and would like to say hello while I sort out some login issues.

I've played MMOs for about 15 years collectively, and I couldn't find anything current that had an art style I could enjoy until I remember AoR then looked it up... Which led me to here. Last night I rolled my typical characters for a new MMO and am hoping to get into some casual levelling, PvP when possible, and Roleplaying as well. I have 4 toons on both Order and Destruction sides.

I'd like to find a guild who wouldn't mind a casual player and getting into some exploring and roleplaying every now and then.

Well, hello! Everyone's having login issues, not just you. The general opinion is that the server is getting DOS'd, or is in the backwash of the latest major DOS' on Blizzard, etc. so don't worry too much about login issues atm. You can see whether or not the server's down here:

The brackets will tell you whether it's up or offline.

Yup yup. Since posting I found the info I needed to tell me to just wait. I'll be crawling around lowbie lands for some time while I get used to my characters:
