Server Discord/Vent/Teamspeak?

Is there an official server discord/vent/or teamspeak?

It'd be cool to have a community ran server where we could talk in game/out of game.. like when the server is down.

There is an IRC channel, there is an official face book page and I believe someone hosts a discord server open to members of the public. You would have to check in-game for that one.
