Check you graphic card temp. low chance but maybe you overheat it and this bugs are consecvense.

I don't have a graphic card , craptop has the intel HD graphics thing from the i3 processor. Thing is , it's the same always , even when it's freshly turned on :S

Then it might just be your computer.

It could be the onboard GPU just doesn't agree with the game. Have you tried getting the latest drivers for the iGPU?

Ok i updated EVERY driver to the last version , even reinstalled the ones i had , still no help

Perhaps the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel has a setting that i don't know how to use? Then again It runs textures in games like WoW and Guild wars 2 with no problems

what are your temps? I used to get stuff like that in games even this one when my computer had shitty cooling and my card would run up to like 90+

Haven't checked (not that i know how to without downloading some extra programs xD) but the game literally acts the same from the moment i turn it on :/

bump, hopefully OP is still active - also everyone else who experienced this bug:

I had the same problem, all my spell effects would just be weird black stuff. This is what fixed it for me:
I went from fullscreen 1600x900 to Windowed display 1600x900.

This is definitely what caused it on my end because as soon as i switch back to fullscreen with whatever video settings im back to having weird spell effect bugs!
