Hello everyone,

I noticed that when I open the launcher, nothing happens when I click on the "connect" button. The server is up, and I have never encountered this issue before. Any suggestions? Should I re-dl the launcher?

Yeah I am trying that...still no luck unfortunately...Is this something you have experienced as well?

Hi,

I have the same issue : the "Connect" button does nothing, although it is clickable.

I tried to restart the launcher multiple times, then re-downloaded the launcher, but the issue remains.

Is there any solution?

Persistence. From seeing what some others have posted, it's taken in an excess of 50+ attempts. Yes, it is a lot and it shouldn't behave like this.

As it stands, there's nothing we can do. Just keep trying, it will let you on eventually.

What exactly is causing it? Seems weird that it just randomly works.

I notice too when that happens and doesnt connect after a few times, then the server is down. In my experience after 4-5 time if it doesnt connect prob server down.

Check the home page for the big GREEN UP or RED DOWN banner in the news. We update that manually. You can also check the Server Status [Online] or [Offline] thread in the General Discussion section of the forums.

Unfortunately the activity tracker on the right side of the home page doesn't know when the server goes down if it's unexpected.

This happened to me earlier when the servers were up. I double clicked on the connect button and it worked. Single click wouldn't work for some reason.
