Invalid Username/Password

Ok so my old topic was locked due to the first account name I used was inappropriate. Yes I know this and I apologize but that was my only option at the time. I had to reach out to another friend to use his account for this post. I say again I am not a troll. I am just trying to get back to playing on my account on the game I love. This is a sincere post and I am not trolling. Please hear me out. So here is my issue once more:

So I recently started playing again and all was well until I started to get the "Connect" button issue. I read on the forums that I must remain patient so I did but to no avail. Later that day I went to log in and I got a "Invalid Username/Password" message even though I am 100% positive it was correct. I went to the website right after to change my password but the password change email never sent. I then went to make a new account but no confirmation email sent so here I am using a friends account to post this on the forums. I saw in the past that this was an issue but there was no solution posted. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks for any response
