Nah...you had to work your way up to rewards. Pretty sure that was one of the first ones...think it was part of some quest line, not part of the raid.

- We had one similar jewel in BS, but that one was blue inf reward lvl 31+ i guess,
- Also we have no 28-30 lvl mobs in BS, and somewhere near to BS.
- BS outstands too far away from the first or the second cW chapter, where this jewel can be obviously obtained,
- Ive done all quests in CW, and i dont think, that only few of them which are still broken, can transform in a questline somehow.

Wow you take your PVE seriously. Ya you are probably right, I think it was blue....there were so few jewels with slots.

That jewel with tali slot is from a quest in the north most pve camp in CW, would find the name of the quest but it seems warmmodb site is down.
Quest was bugged some time ago where the 3rd step didnt have a quest giver, Ryan said he fixed it so it might work now.

Ok, quest is called theologians but still seems to be bugged, step 3 doesnt spawn the demon to kill, unless im a noob and just cudnt find it(which is quite possible), have to pester Ryan for more info.

Theologians was fixed few month ago, there was no demons and only XP reward at the end

There were only 2 steps few months ago(should be 5 steps i think), i tried doing it a couple of times, step 3 was fixed recently as in step 3 now has a quest giver but appears to not spawn the demon to allow completion.
