Clicking connect doesnt do anything

So i have downloaded the game and checked through torrent of all files were good and they were. Then i made so that the rorlauncher is ran as administration but that didnt help. Now whenever i click connect nothing happens or i get error:

Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 178.32.58.46:8000
