Note that most of the time, it's a new user who doesn't know the ropes that comes online and asks about this. It's their first post. It's happening less thanks to all the signs you're putting up, fortunately.

In addition, the longer the server remains offline, the less people pay attention to it so eventually the questions will stop being asked (which will be a relief to the RoR team!).

There will likely be a lower amount of users for the next 1 or 2 weeks after the server goes online, so there will be fewer scenarios and RvR until everyone gets back on track. I'm not an authority so don't take my word for this, but I'm usually not wrong about these sorts of things

Regarding the banner and ppl still opening new threads. I think many just head straight to the forums page, not the main page, hence missing the banner. So that, in addition to bein lazy ass bitches and apparently incapable of using a forum search, might be the cause...

they did have a giant sign on the "Forum Rules" Which is at the top of every single location int eh forum. But it seems to not be here lol!
