Noneless, all of You: Devs, GMs earn our respect for great job. You are doing RoR just because You are fun of Warhammer world, just like me, and few my friends playing RoR (including my wife and son).
You should forgive us, we are acting like leaches and complaining that we cannot play. Thats sad, and I personally despite that people who dont appreciate someone else work. Hard work for nothing. Wrong! You have satisfaction from doing this.
I do not write many times, in fact nearly never. But all of You earn my great THANK YOU! Thats all i can do to You.
Nothing more, nothing less. Just THANK YOU!

Gracious, clearly the destruction of the old world wasn't just restricted to the tabletop game.

Still, if you've got your health, what else do you really need? :)

I think its important for the Devs to realise players just want to play the game and aren't asking these questions because they want to blame the devs for the servers being down. We all understand and you have to realise there's no way for there to never ever going to be someone not asking about the server. This is just a fact of reality that you have to get used to.

I think its also important for the devs to be a lot more understanding with the playerbase. People just want to play and would like to know whats going on. Posts like this go a long way in satisfying the players need to know whats going on. I know I'm not the only one refreshing this site a million times a day hoping the server is up.

We all love the game equally, devs and players alike and its important for everyone to know just a bit more communication without condescending tones goes a long way in keeping this community a good one.

I thank you for this post because it keeps us in light of the situation. We are all a community together and it shouldn't be this playerbase vs devs all the time. People need to calm down and be more understanding on both sides.

Bretin wrote:not too hard to find a solution... it is called pop up/overlay window for each new browser session. thank me later
For webservers, it's a perfect kind of protection (in fact, used by most anti DDOS systems for web servers, like Cloudflare for example).
For game servers like ours, how to put a popup on each possible port connection as users don't use a browser to connect to the game ?

There will come the day...when not today, then tomorrow...or the day after that.

Patience is what we dawis are all about (agreed, there are times the younger beardlings have to yell and scream and bang their heads, thats youth for ya).

Be assured your deeds are remembered in the halls and homesteads. We will not thank ya, but we will be back again in the battlefields and honour your work there. Our axes will sing your fame and the roar of our guns will be like an orchestra of praise and appreciation.

Melodramatic babble aside: THANK YOU!
