Lost character (in details)

Seems its time to panic -(for me ofc)
Due to server restart(05.07.2016) lost character from my acc. (alredy at that time saw similar topic from Tzeench)
So i thought it would be global issue - and there no need to make another post.

-Lets our story begin -
1)I logged on acc right after restart - and found completely empty account. got scared and loggedoff.
2)Logged after 10 min to check what going on there -but acc was still empty=auto "CHOOSE A RACE".
3)So i decided to make new character- to ask ppl what is that.(we played naked charc around 10min then i went to sleep).
4)On next day -when i logged again - my OLD CHARACTER (CHOSEN 40\35 lvl\rr) was nowhere to be seen -
and his spot was taken by "THAT newlymade "CHOOSE A RACE" hero(Dok 1 lvl).

And armory stil can see him, and i didnt "DELETED" charr.
So i wona ask RoR devs. does they can help me? (set back my acc to 04.07.2016 atlest) or just restore charr.
i can provide GMs with screens - or tell specific info about character in PM.

As I have told many other players with this, the characters are still. It requires a fix which atm isn't possible. Until then, wait.

You're not. I've spoken to several people with this issue, and when I check the DB for their character, it's there.

Does these ppl who lost characters - can play on other chars without being a worry about sudden set-back for acc?
If i will farm (ruin now) and then rewind to (4.07.2016) thats gona hurt.
-Or characters swaping-
Because i tried to delete "that" naked unwated DOK- but seems its cant be done.
Or do i still need him to swap BACK my old 40 lvl character? on his place. (1), now i am afraid if i will delete that DOK - other one of my characters will take (1) spot and be swaped with chosen when he returned to me.

(BTW lost 2 characters but - to ask of returning my 13 lvlBW -little bit ashamed)

the devs will answer you and will try to fix the problem. When this ddos attack started i got info from friend not to make any new chars because it buggs current chars. I'm also planing to make and lvl am,rp,chopa and slayer but will wait until they fix this.
