HELP PLEASE ANYONE - solved

when i go to place where i put my id and password after i click connect it show me and error occured so i click connect again it makes me enter the game but all i can see ceinmatic ,credits , setting , quit and nothing more cannot create any characters , btw an error occurred show me this message
