Why? Becouse not everyone use this.
people with IQ over 100, becouse stupid people can play this game too and this is unfair to fight with smarter ones.
If all this NB cries have sense, this 3 above have it too.

You seem to be confusing two aspects of NB, and their respective definitions: the addon's ability to create and repeatedly execute a specific and fixed string of abilities is indeed a form of macroing; however, its ability to be programmed to, for example, conditionally execute (or block the execution of) abilities --thereby removing player decision-making and involvement-- is far more akin to botting (if "botting" is defined as "automating gameplay", "having a program play the game [to an extent] for you" etc).

NB is not botting. You can't setup a sequence in NB and have your character automatically do it without player input. A player still needs to be present, which excludes it from our definition of what botting is.

Botting can be far more simple. It's full automation of your character without input. Literally setting it up and walking away from your PC while the character continues to farm mobs and collect loot.

Call it whatever you want, but as long as a player is present, they're not getting perm'd for botting under our rules.

Read the thread before coughing up this spew. I explicitly stated that it is not about whether someone can or cannot use NB. The problem with NB is primarily its conditional checks and secondarily its ability to remove execution load from players (as any sequence macro casting does).

Its semibot addon as player input is minimal - one only need to walk.

U met an enemy w/o snare? Press 1 = snare up, Press 1 = def debuff, Press 1 1 1 1 1 all attack abilities casted in perfect order at perfect timing.

His grp is comin to help? Press 1 - snare up to every char w/o snare, if hes alreeady slowed automaticly use def debuff etc.

NB degrades the game controls to WSAD+target+1 and degrades the overal gameplay.

Imagine for example another game like War Thunder - NB will autodecide if that bomber is too high for ur energy state or when to comit to dive on that low flying boogie or when its better to shoot or roll out in head on situation...Yes, u still need player input who is deciding general flying direction and RPM, but thats all.

IMO NB is for one handed ppl, ppl with serious motoric disability and for ppl with poor situational awarness. Still its toxic for gameplay as all u need is press 111111111111 in every situation timing that GCD perfectly.

Heard a rumour that within the next year you will have to buy a custom keyboard that fires nails into your face as you play. Also, you will have to wear sandpaper underwear to maximise the pain as you grind, and grind will be increased 400% so that only the true die hard fans remain.

Don't really care if the conditional checks get removed but would like the ability chaining thingy to remain, as I did lose both my hands in Viet Nam or something...

You are comparing a profession addon (cultivating) [which indeed saves up time... and this is the only thing it does] to an actuall combat skill casting addon [which directly affects gameplay in a ridiculus maner]? Right on target man... good argument !!! .
