I'd argue trading rampage for PT. Or trade devestate to make sure you can get it. The beauty of 2H and rampage is that it's literally up a lot of the time. If you're constantly dropping rage to Rampage and Devestate, you're doing terrible dmg. 2h is all about being able to add support with your rage drop abilities at the expense of being squishy. You have to play more catious and back out, thus as in less time hitting stuff, but the point is when you are in, you're bursting pretty hard. If you've constantly dropping rage and waiting for it to come back up, you're not really bursting anything. If you can get away without a heal debuff, then that's probably best case scenario given the limited points one has to work with.

too early to have power through, its too risky at the current gear level to risk no rage drop

Exactly, wounds debuff 2stronk with pools of hp around 6k and once successful punt/pull will literally mean death in berserk. ;)

I don't disagree at all. I think the point i'm trying to make is that 2h is extremely underwhelming at this point. If you insist on trying it out or going 2h, ten tons build is probably your best bet.

So now T4 is out. As a "hobby" Slayer player I would like to ask what is the main difference between 2h and DW?

the "diffrence"?

at its base DW provides +10% parry chance which increases surviveabilty and makes it easier to proc things like reactionary, it alos has faster auto ttack speed, making it easier to proc things like enchantments and prayers

2H provides block strike though which is useless

Gonna loose to much AA dmg by not goin Berzerk. AA is probobly 40% of a Mdps total. And the largest chunk of their dmg. (Unless AoE)

Would not use crit tactic since groups mostly buffs your crit.
